Tournament-specific costs — like a Road to Phoenix buy-in — are set per event, not charged by the app itself. Exact organizer pricing is published before you commit to anything.

No download, no. You can follow a live leaderboard right from a browser link on your phone, and the Combat Golf App is available as a Progressive Web App (PWA) you can add to your home screen for a faster, app-like experience. You will need a quick golfer profile to play — entering scores, joining side games, and picking your favorite charity all sit behind a profile, and side games with real stakes also need a card on file so donations can settle automatically after the round.

The Combat Golf App is the scoring and scheduling layer — societies, tee times, live leaderboards, and 30+ built-in side-game formats. ParQuest runs on top of that: it turns those side games into peer-to-peer giving, so every win funds a cause — 20% of the winnings is deducted for the winner's nonprofit automatically, and the winner chooses what happens to the rest. Most tournaments — including Road to Phoenix — run on both together.

Yes. Scores update live as players enter them, so standings, side-game results, and giving totals are visible in real time — for players on the course and for spectators following along from the clubhouse or from home.

ParQuest side games support up to 150 golfers per match. Road to Phoenix itself is built to scale — the 2027 season opens in February with a 4-some and runs monthly up through a 32-some before the finale fields 36 teams plus up to 32 solo players in Phoenix. Team entry is $3,000 per team ($1,500 per player). Solo entry is $1,500 per player, with up to 32 solo players selected to round out the field alongside the 36 teams.

75% of every buy-in goes into the tournament pot; the remaining 25% funds event operations and continued season fundraising.

When a team or player wins, 20% of the winnings is automatically deducted and given to the organization they're playing for — that part isn't optional. The winner then decides what happens to the other 80%: keep it, give more, or give all of it. Players who want to be paid can be, and the cause still gets funded either way.

• Nonprofit teams — you're playing for your own organization, so winnings go to your org.
• Teams representing an organization — the 20% goes to the org you're playing for; your team chooses what to do with the rest.
• Solo players — you play on behalf of an organization, with the same 20% floor and the same choice on the remainder.

February 2027 is the first tournament of the season, and events run monthly from there through the Phoenix Celebrity Tournament in October 2027. Exact dates and venues for each stage are still being finalized — get on the list and we'll send them the moment they're confirmed.
