This is a general-purpose privacy policy covering our website, contact and newsletter forms, and Road to Phoenix tournament registration. It hasn't been reviewed by an attorney yet — if you're relying on this for a live product handling payments, please have it reviewed before launch.
Combat Golf, Inc. ("Combat Golf," "we," "us," or "our") is the parent company behind ParQuest, the Combat Golf App, and the Road to Phoenix tournament series. We're based in Kansas City, Missouri. This policy explains what information we collect through combatgolf.com, our contact and newsletter forms, and (once launched) the ParQuest and Combat Golf apps, and how we use it.
We collect information you give us directly, such as:
We do not collect payment card information directly on this site. Tournament buy-ins and sponsorship payments, once live, will be processed through a third-party payment provider that has its own privacy and security practices.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We share information only with the service providers that help us run this site and our events — for example, our form-handling provider (FormSubmit), our analytics provider (Google Analytics), and, once tournament registration is live, our payment processor. We may also disclose information if required by law.
We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and usage. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior in an anonymous form. We ask Google Analytics to anonymize visitor IP addresses. You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by using a browser or extension that blocks analytics scripts. Note that most browsers’ built-in privacy settings limit cookies but do not block analytics on their own.
We retain contact form submissions, newsletter subscriptions, and tournament registration information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, run the relevant event or season, and maintain our business records.
You can unsubscribe from our email updates at any time by replying to any update with “unsubscribe,” or by emailing hi@combatgolf.com. We’ll remove you from the list and confirm. You can request that we delete personal information we hold about you, subject to any records we're required to keep for legal, financial, or tournament-administration purposes.
Our site and tournaments are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time as our products and events evolve. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
