This is a general-purpose terms page covering our website and Road to Phoenix tournament participation. It hasn't been reviewed by an attorney yet — before you're taking real entry fees and sponsorship dollars at scale, have this reviewed (and expanded with formal event waivers/liability language) by counsel.
By using combatgolf.com, submitting our contact or newsletter forms, or registering for a Road to Phoenix event, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or register for an event.
Combat Golf, Inc. is the parent company behind ParQuest, the Combat Golf App, and the Road to Phoenix tournament series, based in Kansas City, Missouri.
Participants must be 18 or older to register and play. We expect good sportsmanship on and off the course — Combat Golf reserves the right to remove a participant from an event or future events for conduct that endangers other players, violates course rules, or is otherwise inappropriate.
Golf and golf-adjacent tournament activities carry inherent physical risk. By registering to play in a Combat Golf or ParQuest event, you acknowledge that risk and agree to follow the host venue's rules and any event-specific waiver you're asked to sign at check-in.
ParQuest side-game donations are directed to the nonprofit organizations and causes specified for each event or side game.
Road to Phoenix pot proceeds are awarded to winning participants on behalf of the organization they represent. A minimum of 20% of any winnings is automatically deducted and directed to that organization; the winning participant determines the treatment of the remaining balance and may elect to donate any additional portion of it, up to the full amount. The exact payout mechanics, eligibility rules, minimum-donation administration, and applicable tax and regulatory compliance requirements are still being finalized, and will be published here and alongside event-specific registration terms before registration opens for a given event.
Combat Golf facilitates these donations but is not itself a registered charity unless stated otherwise for a specific event.
You agree to use combatgolf.com only for lawful purposes and not to misuse our contact forms, newsletter signup, or any part of the site (for example, by submitting false information or attempting to disrupt the site's normal operation).
The Combat Golf and ParQuest names, logos, and site content are the property of Combat Golf, Inc. You may not reproduce or use them without our permission.
Our site and event information are provided "as is." While we work to keep pricing, pot totals, and event details accurate and up to date, we don't guarantee the site or our communications will be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Combat Golf isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or participation in an event, beyond what's covered by the specific event's waiver and applicable law.
We may update these terms as our products and events evolve. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
